About the Book

Designed to be an apologetical book for Chinese seekers and Christians, this volume by two Chinese evangelist scholars with background in both science and theology makes use of new academic discoveries and research in the past 30 years and a contextualized way of apologetics with Chinese intellectuals as the target audience. By presenting the historical entanglement of science and Christianity, it critiques a few popular myths and helps the reader to rethink about the relationship between science and Christianity. By exploring the evidence of modern science at the macroscopic and the microscopic levels, and the faith journeys of many scientists, it offers fresh evidences to the harmony of God’s Word and His work. It also makes rational analysis, reflection and critique of scientism and atheist philosophy, providing an opportunity for open discussion and dialogue with non-believers.
